BlackSummit Malamutes
1ST LIMIT BITCK AMCUK SPECIALITY SHOW
Inka enjoyed showing off her moves this weekend at the Alaskan malamute breed club open show and was rewarded for her efforts with 1st place in Limit Bitch. She competed in a class containing seven lovely examples of the breed leaving our breed specialist judge Louise Forster spoilt for choice. We are so glad Inka managed to win her over to take the top spot.

"I was really impressed with this black / white bitch, just short of 3 years old and a picture of balance and power while still being totally feminine. In fabulous harsh coat and hard condition. Moderate angles front and rear, deep chest, well sprung rib and well developed forechest. Beautiful head and strong neck which were lowered on the move in a workmanlike manner to give an impression of power and purpose. Easy ground covering gait with great reach to the front and drive from the rear and very little wasted effort. Looked like she could work all day long. Pushed really hard for a top spot and could take it on another day."

The Alaskan Malamute Club of the United Kingdom also presented the Working Malamute of the Year Awards following the show so we were able to collect Inka's rally and combined certificates along with her 1st place rosette.
